Classically, artists have sought psychotherapy as a means to unblock or to accelerate creativity. The creation of a safe therapeutic relationship allows us to explore themes of negative emotions, self-esteem, interpersonal relations, fears of success and failure in a nonjudgmental setting. Therapy can also help improve feelings toward self, others, the world and the future.
My style: Humanistic, Existentialist therapy — treatment focused on the here-and-now issues of your life lived today. Therapy with me is not so much about revisiting the past and its traumas as it is about investigating how the past intrudes, repeats and blocks progress today.
